Id say we need to improve our midfield, and Carvalho is a wide player closer to Mane and Diaz.Hendo will be a year older and a bit slower. We need one more top quality midfielder in there.

Even Millie is looking a bit slower these days.

Fabio Carvalho, who has been signed from Fulham, is initially being viewed as a forward player for the coming campaign, although long term his future is in midfield.

Liverpool are also in discussions with Keïta, who is in the final year of his contract. He is expected to renew but Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has 12 months left on his deal, will be allowed to leave.

We absolutely need at least 1 midfield addition.
