If Lallana has hit a dead end it looks like this is our back up according to reports, different player to Lallana but arguably being 4 years younger has the potential to be world class, not as adaptable but a very exciting player

If I paid £20M for Lallana, I’d feel like I probably paid a fair price for a very good player. If I paid even £20M for Shaqiri (and it’s possible he could be had for less), I’d feel like I got a huge steal for his current production, and could end up with someone like Luis Suarez or Gareth Bale in two years time

I'm inherently untrusting of the stats of any Bayern player that is primarily a substitute - he's in a steamroller of a side, often coming in against tired legs, in a league which tends to inflate players statistically. And I'm not a massive fan of his game whenever I've seen him play. But those are still really impressive numbers...I'm warming to him.
