He's rattled his old boss, gotten in his head. He's the future, sweeping the old guard away with a wink and a gun, and a massive toothy grin.

I don't really think that is true. Mourinho is just being himself. He just usually does it from a position of power. Currently he's doing it whilst his weaknesses are exposed:
His teams are almost totally reactive
He doesn't want to develop young players

He's lost points where other managers would not by not having a team capable of opening up poor but well organized teams enough. It was his choices in transfers that have left them in that state - Mata offered a pretty world class plan B and he sold him, Lukaku is a talented battering ram who has a PL goal getting knack. He's usually good enough (and has a squad better than everyone else) to make up for that but this time he's ****ed up and he knows it. City and Chelsea should be way ahead of us - man for man and in terms of the options they had to make personnel changes in the summer and January. I honestly think Mourinho is embarrassed.

When you hear that classless prick Mourinho, it just goes to reinforce how blessed we are that we've got our wee man from Carnlough at the helm.

                        God Bless Brendan Rodgers.

Yep. City and Chelsea should both be way ahead of us with their resources. They've ****ed up monumentally and it will take an implosion of gargantuan proportions for us to blow it now.

It might well happen, we'll see. We beat Norwich and Chelsea, then it's just us and City left.
                          Oh I don't know.

I don't think its true either, it was just a sabre rattling call for the sake of hubris and fun.

There'll be a lot of talk about Jose losing it after that result. Its not as much fun if you have to explain it though.

                                Brendan is everything Mourinho isn't.
