This 'Friday Night Live' is pretty cringeworthy stuff at times but there's something I like about it and have watched every one so far. They could make it much better though. Maybe get a studio audience, make it a bit livelier.

Does anyone have the same problem as I do with LFC TV and the Sky listings? The listings are always wrong, so if I set something up to record I either miss it completely or get half of it. Really annoys me. Every Saturday night it says "The Match" is on at midnight, I record it only to find two hours of "LFC TV is now off air and will be back tomorrow" FFS.

Gerrard on lfctv tonight, re alonso, I think Rafa got that one wrong. Also went on to say he never wanted to leave and he should still be here. Lot of good stuff re crouch.

Maybe Gerrard should try and be a manager and be forced to sell players for £30m to pay the interest. Sometimes he should just keep quiet.

If Rafa wanted a player that would cost a lot of money then he would have to sell players to cover that cost. You can take that as a fact if you want and then everyone can laugh at you

Barry played in the same position as Xabi and Xabi hadn't played that great the previous season.

Maybe you knew that Xabi would step it up but Rafa couldn't know that. Only an idiot think that Rafa really wanted to sell Xabi if he had to money to buy a player like Barry.

He wasnt sold to raise money, he left because Benitez pissed him off the summer before so when Real come calling it was a pretty easy decision.

Dont know why you cant just admit the man made a mistake rather than make up this "he was forced to sell him" "we then had to spend £17m on a player from Roma because they owed us £2m for Riise" type stuff.

How on earth have you got that from me saying Benitez wasnt forced to sell Alonso?! I know we had a sell to buy policy as we were skint, I'm just completely disagreeing with your opinion that we "had" to sell Alonso. We didnt and he didnt have to spend £17m on Aquilani either.
