Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Rafa Benítez is the main candidate to become Botafogo's new coach. The Spanish manager is currently in talks with the Brazilian club. Portuguese manager Vasco Matos, from Santa Clara, is the alternative.

It's a long way back to the Wirral.
                Really?

Doing quite well in the Greek league with only one loss in 2026 so far. Knocked out of the Europa last week by Betis though.

Great to see him doing well despite the Betis result.

The Greek Superleague is a weird one. They’re eleven points behind AEK Athens but top four go into a playoff to win it. G’wan Rafa

That’s a bit weird. Panathinaikos are 500/1 to win the Greek Superleague but that playoff phase gives Rafa a great chance.

It’s a huge task but 500/1 with Rafa in a knockout competition is brave

I had a tenner in bet credits so I thought I might as well. They were the form team at the end of their league season. I must be missing something as 500/1 seems nuts.

Shame to see Rafa plying his trade this way. Still love him.

It looks to be a league phase starting with your main season points. The fixtures suggest round robin home and away of the top 4 with them starting 11 points behind!

Oh well that would explain the odds then

                                Sorry Catrin
