Sack him? Of course not. We won't get anyone better being a Europa team going forwards. Unfortunately we need to lower our expectations to what Spurs used to be a few years ago.

Klopp is unable to motivate our, no HIS, players at key moments of a season. Conte can and I thought he'd be the one that was found out.

I think we'll finish above Utd in fifth this season. Then same or sixth next season despite all the players we bring in over the summer. Sorry for sounding so negative.
    One tit for another.

Kev; are you still in Germany?

What are they making of Herr Klopp over there?

Do they think he's been found out or that he has the wherewithall to get things right?

Pateince is key, Klopp is here for the long term and he'll get it right. He's the best man for the job.

He does not change his tactics. We have been found out time and time again and there is absolutely zero plan b. Klopp is really under pressure now and seems to be struggling to make changes to the tactics and to find solutions to our problems.

One thing is for sure thougg when consistently play players out of position things will go against you.

We need at ten players for first team and to fill the squad, that won't happen in the summer.
As much as you like to think it, buying a couple players in january would of done us little. The rest of the players would of kept playing rubbish. Save the money, ship out a bunch of them. Klopps done it before. I expect him to replace about 5 players. They'll either be mostly sold or left some for the bench. Needs more players with strong mentality and courage. Majority of our players have neither. Watching Clyne slow down and pull back constantly is an absolute joke. See it too often with plenty of them. Thats the problem we've had for many seasons. Gutless players.

We are still better placed in the league than we normally are at this point.

Leicester played well tonight. The smashed City this season also.

Being told by the entire country and media they were all back stabbing layabout cunts apparently motivated them.

When it comes to the squad I think it's easy to get carried away with numbers and that's been our downfall repeatedly in the transfer market. Get three genuinely quality players with the right ingredients and suddenly the others start to flourish too. We weren't saying we needed ten players in November after all.
We can't though. They won't come and of they would we can't afford to compete for them

Even more from Jurgen Klopp: "I'm not worried - I probably should be but we have a week to prepare for next game. We are all playing for our future here.

"I don't want to be too serious but that's how it is. We can be better and not doing it feels really disappointing.

"Thank God we don't have to play again tomorrow.

"Now we have to react AGAIN."

More from Klopp: " If you play well and lose matches then that's just football.

"But it looks like we never spoke about the strength of Leicester and that's the trouble.

"I have already spoken in the dressing room to the players, that performance was not enough for sure. We have to try with everything we have to do better.

"If you are not good enough you lose football games. I have no reason for this at the moment. You can always find excuses but I'm not ready to look for one.

"We had opportunities to do more throughout the game - we changed system at half-time but the crosses into the box were not good enough. We could have scored a second goal and that may have changed the game."

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: "A bad start, bad in the middle and bad at the end.

"We had a few better than average moments but most of the game was not even average. It was clear what would happen tonight, it was an emotional night but we have to show what we are fighting for.

"We knew how Leicester would play, go back to their roots. We could have done much better. We let them be Leicester of last year - that's our fault.

"We should get criticised. This inconsistency makes absolutely no sense."

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: " The language issues become a bit harder when you lose. It's hard to find the right words.

"It's not that Leicester were over aggressive tonight, I think we were not physical enough.

"They were well prepared, they were ready. They had their set pieces well thought out and we were giving throw ins away and what's frustrating is it's not like we didn't talk about that.

"The first goal is difficult to accept and it obviously helped them a lot with momentum.

"It would be hard to explain my disappointment in German but in English its worse."

That's rather defeatist. Most of the good players we've had over the last ten years, we bought did we not? We can shop in the same aisle that stocked Mane, Coutinho and Matip were in. Yeah, we won't necessarily get our exact 'preferred' positions filled and they won't ALL turn out as good as those, but there are good players to whom we offer an opportunity to step up a level and they represent better value for us than casting the net for lots of sardines we'll hope to turn into sharks.

The bewildered post match comments are generally the same as the preceding bewildered games. Even if we finish fourth I don't think too many top players will want to play for us looking at these performances.
