He’s not going to be liking the UK handling of the pandemic in all likelihood too

Yeah he is in a tough place. More important things on his mind than football, and he is handling it all with a lot of dignity.

It reduces the 100% he can give. I know so many people at the level of their profession like Klopp must be superhuman in some ways but he's not indestructible. Normal human things still affect him. Which is good.

There's rumours doing the rounds that Klopp has either walked or taken a break because of the death of his Mum.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

He is also the leader of a group of young guys and when they see him hurting it is going to clearly affect everything. It’s been a bad season to have so much not go our way, but a life event like this takes precedent.

In my opinion Klopp will stay. He has begun to build a legacy here and he will won’t to continue with that next season (and see what he can do this). I don’t see him walking away from this position.

Seeing that but he isn’t the type to walk away

I wouldn't be surprised. We should let the guy go for a few weeks and grieve. Life is way more important

The club should be making him take a couple of weeks off, put pep in charge. This is not healthy for him, he needs to grieve.

He won't walk, he does need a break though definitely. He's given so much to this club.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

He needs the energy off a home crowd more than ever. To feel the love to feel the emotion. Can't the local fans organise something whereby they're lined up at least with masks and ideally spaced out to welcome the team next game. I know it's not ideal but the bloke and the team need to feel the love.
