Hummels is so over rated. He can play football and that's very rare for a CB but he isn't a great defender. Has makes just as much errors as any if our CB's. Another clanger last week too. Wouldn't go near him as he would cost a fortune too.

Subotić might be a more realistic target, if hummles were to leave dortmund he'd be off to bayern i think.

He can hardly get a game at the moment, still worth a punt though.

In what way are his hands tied? The money is there, but he is choosing not to spend it now (as he said, you don't get value for money in January).

The biggest issue for him, in my opinion, is that he has no time to train the players with his methodology, as the games are coming too thick and fast, so it's all about recovery drills and get the players physically ready for the next match.

With a full pre-season behind the players, and some new buys in positions Klopp sees as weaknesses (which may not be the same as which we see) then next season is when we can start to judge how the team is shaping up.

For now, it's just a case of getting to the season end, and hopefully winning a cup along the way.

Theres people on here who despise Steven Gerrard, stuck the knife in to Kenny Dalglish at every opportunity and write off youngsters after 1 game. Of course he's going to get it!!

Klopp was a fantasy signing for us really, Brendan assembled a ****fest of a squad and it will take Klopp at least two summer windows to put his stamp on the team. He cleared out alot of players at Dortmund after his first season, he'll do the same here. I'm embarrassed that people are doubting him already, he's gotten us into a final through the group stages of the Europa, which Rodgers was definately not going to do, FFS we just scraped past Carlisle.

I can just imagine Brendan trying to impress Jurgie with his pseudo speak. Would have been hilarious.

There's a huge job for Klopp in the Summer. If you go through the team and squad, apart from Clyne I think every other player and position you wouldn't be upset if we moved on or upgraded. I thonk every position needs somebody better or a drastic improvement which will be a very hard task.
