I'm becoming more convinced that most of the ones we have are showing signs of adapting and that there's no major overhaul needed. I hope that means he can really focus on the two positions that need most attention. A goalie and a right sided centre half

we have an ok base and lots of cogs, but no spine. Look at City and the money they blew. Yet they still rely on that Hart, Kompany, Toure, Aguero spine. I think we need at least 3 players like that. For me a GK, Centre mid. Then any from a world class CB, pacey winger, or scorer. If you look at the moment of goals we concede via set pieces and the lack of threat from ours. If we signed a proper keeper/CB who stopped that. And a set piece specialist like West Ham have bought in Payet. We could be looking at an extra 15-20 points, before improving our open play game.
