He'd signed up to 2018 with the possibility of an extra year. He's now committed his future to 2022.

If you can't see what the point of that is, well, give me strength.

Yeah so he was here till 2019, i.e. another 3 years from now with loads of time to see how it goes before extending it. So you know, no need to extend it now. Rodgers was runner up, we rewarded him, Klopp was the same, we've done the same. As much as I love him he's not a guarantee of success and runner up isn't it, I don't see the rush. That's all.

I guess that's the point, we don't see or understand the internals of the club. We wouldn't have done it needlessly I'm sure.

More info coming out, From Tony Barrett..

Things have changed. Anyway we all know contracts mean **** all. If he's successful we'll be renewing again in a couple of years and if not we'll be trying to bin a man with a lengthy period left on his deal.

That excerpt is reassuring to say the least.

Can't think of anyone I'd want more to be our guiding light.

If that's true I'm not so sure.

I'm starting to think JWH is maybe a bit too much of a romantic despite all the hardcore businessman accusations. 6 passionate months and he goes balls deep again.

So now the talk of a committee can end? Can we ban the word?

                              That's the only slight worry.

Can his thread title name just be changed to Jurgen Klopp please?

Doing my head in reading Jurgen Norbert Klopp.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
