Truth is we need to get out own house in order first, we need to stop dropping the silly points and learn how to manage games, as long as we are capable of letting a 2 goal lead slip to the likes of WBA we are going to find it difficult to win the league.

I've said for ages that it isn't the number of games you lose that is the problem but the number you fail to win. We have lost very few games but drawn far too many. We need to convert those draws into wins

Yesterday was another example of totally inept refereeing. We should have had 3 penalties - 2 of them stonewall.

In reality it didn't matter as we spanked them 4-0 but for me decisions against Everton at home, Spurs at home, Brom away and Stoke away were all big time incompetent decisions that cost us points.

I sometimes wonder are we too nice about it as a club? If that was whiskey-nose, then he'd have no problem coming out shouting about it after the game. He might get a slap on the wrist but he would also get a number of 50-50s go his way further down the line.

this is my worry and the difference between us and Madrid. Madrid players will be at the ref from minute one and in his ear the whole game putting pressure on. The amount of decisions that have gone against us especially recently is bordering on the surreal.
