If they were to get sugar daddy rich, then that opens up a new level of player for them.
South Americans dream of playing for Barca or RM - That is the only thing he moved for.

They wouldn't even take a 50% cut to win trophies at Barca. Is my bet

Money, success and culture. It's all 3, in whatever order.
Barca tick all 3 boxes for Coutinho.

Tbh, I didn't bring money up anyway in that context.

            Yep.

I thought Kenneth made a good point too yesterday about the organised trafficking of players. That shouldn't be be underestimated.

The goal then is to make South Americans, and the rest of the world, dream of playing for Liverpool one day.

It may sound a daft aim, but I'd already argue we're somewhat on the way to achieving that. The style of play and the team spirit and of course the manager. We're making inroads into becoming one of the fashionable clubs again.

All we need now is the trophies to back it up. May 26th

Think he got them relegated (Pep).
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
