Wouldnt be quite so quick to dismiss the notion he might be a "red"

Was at the match on Sunday and the bloke behind me was going ape**** about "Klopp being absolutely ****e" we were 3-0 up at the time and this blokes going on about how **** Klopp is tactically and how he doesnt have a clue about substitutions etc..

I had to turn round and make a comment when Sturridge came on 30 seconds later and bagged a goal

Stupid thing is this guy goes every week (hes a season ticket holder) hes also not just some young kid hes in his late 50's / early 60's

But to outright say Klopp is "****e" is stupid to say the least

No reasonably minded Red could be unhappy with Klopp, fact.

Last season, we also got 9 points from a possible 27 in our first 9 games, before going on a 14 game unbeaten run (stopped by Swansea, the cunts). People were starting early on last season, yet we got 4th and finished runners up in the Champions League at the end of it all.

I mention the above paragraph, because no doubt, when we slip up, the nob cheeses will be coming out, and saying, 'Klopp's spent this and we're ****e', etc, when you never know what can happen.

It wasn't even that bad. It was 3 wins from 9, but 13 points in total I think. We were looking great before that red card at City and had some excellent results including the Hoffenheim demolitions, the 4-0 against Arsenal, 7-0 Maribor.

We had some disappointing draws admittedly, but Spurs was the only really bad performance and the reaction at that stage of the season was completely OTT.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I was pissed off after the first 9 games last season because at that stage we were already out of the title race - yet again.

All I'd like for is for the club to be challenging. The fact the rest of the season was much better was some consolation, but if we're out of the title race by the end of September again this time, I'll be pissed off again. And rightly so too.
                      Oh I don't know.

We do look much better equipped now, last season we had the Coutinho thing, no VVD and Mignolet/Karius in goal.

This is our line up for the first game against Watford.

Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Matip, Moreno, Henderson, Can, Wijnaldum, Salah, Mane, Firmino.

Put Alisson, Keita, VVD and we have a much improved team. I reckon our challenge will last much longer now.
                          * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I was paused by passport control in Hamburg last week - "Are you content with Klopp?"
"F'kin love him mate - sorry you lost him!"
                            Really?

Yeah, that's four big upgrades to the first XI there, albeit with one downgrade. Amazing.
