I think there is a lesson there for other players, and not only our players.

He'll come good and get himself into the side. He's far too good not to.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Not sure. But to be honest we seem a better 'team' without him even though he is a world class player.

I knew you'd all say your didn't want him back!

I think it would be a no brainer if the opportunity ever came around (it probably won't). He's a brilliant footballer.

We should bid and fail his medical saying it's the same bed back problem that kept him out at the start of last season.

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Regardless of his footballing level. He doesnt fit Jurgies footballing ideals/philosphy and we play better without him

                            That's just not true.

He was an essential member of the team for two seasons under Klopp and Klopp didn't want him to leave.

We improved defensively in the second half of the season with the arrival of VD, not because Coutinho left.

Everyone's trying to rewrite history and it's really not fair toward Coutinho IMO.

He played with us for 5 years and gave everything but won nothing. He won two medals in half a season with Barcelona.

I wish he had stayed and would welcome him back and I'm not angry with him nor do I blame him for wanting to move to Barcelona.

Yep. We wanted him to stay. Of course we did. He's brilliant.

I'm not denying though that we got the better end of the bargain.

And I'd still have him back if the terms were favourable.
