Didn't Bayern Munich also win the league and CL the season before he joined them or am I misremembering?

Edit: he's a good manager and has improved the teams he has been at everywhere, but a lot of the key players and/ or components have already been there when he arrived

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Klopp does more with less... which is why seems to be the better fit for Liverpool.

I think the "easy job" criticism aimed at Pep is fair. Mourinho is the same... At least Pep tries to play football.

Did Maureen build Porto from scratch? He has had the resources to build the bestest, most pimped out double decker ever...!!! wherever he has been since.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

And also mattresses full of monopoly money to spunk away like its fairy dust.

Just watching the post-match presser there again.

What a man to have in charge of this team.
Always engaging, positive, gracious, no shying away from questions, funny etc

Man deserves this CL. Lets make sure he gets it.

Interesting read tbh. Surprisingly free of vitriol and childish references.

                      Ole’s at the wheel.
A Manc colleague of mine was asking how long before we sack him, as we haven't won any trophies and "no one remembers 2nd place". I just kept telling him to look at the table and worry about who the next class of '92 manager he'll get.
A different Manc colleague is very jealous of where we are and is actually pleased for us. He's young and doesn't understand that he should hate us yet.

I' ve got a mate who is obsessed with Klopp getting sacked because he hasn't won a trophy, I can't figure out why because he's a Wigan Athletic fan, he keeps claiming that there is no difference between finishing 2nd and 17th because you win nothing either way, so claims we'd have had a better season if we'd finished 17th and won the league Cup than 2nd winning nothing (he keeps messaging me these scenarios).

Finishing second and winning big ears for the 6th time trumps 17th & the league cup or getting relegated and winning the FA Cup
