So the only way we will buy big is if we can negotiate good, well-spread (and highly incentivised) payment deals with other clubs, or sell-to-buy.
So another PayPal summer then - Last big signing was Alison, and we've won the league and PL, the rest have been signings on the never never.

I want the owners to cash in on the leap in value in the club and match that - Give Jurgen a war chest and don't put it on the club.

    But they won't ?
I make no apologies, this is me

Bit guarded in his answers understandably but great to see him looking less beaten.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

                        Jürgen Klopp

Jürgen Klopp has expressed his support for Sheffield UTD’s decision to sack Chris Wilder this morning. The German had clashed with Wilder on the topic of substitutions earlier in the season.

“Good,” Klopp told Soccer on Sunday. “Nobody likes to see a manager lose their job, unless it’s Chris Wilder obviously. I couldn’t be happier. For sure, this is up there with winning the league, the birth of my son and those kinds of things.”

“It’s wonderful,” said the 53 year-old. “Now Chris can sit at home discussing 3 substitutions or 5 substitutions with his wife or his dog or whoever. I don’t have to listen to it any more.”

“I’m over the wooden spoon, as a cockney might say,” added Klopp. “Overweight Frank Lampard, or some other cockney.”
                        Are we winning?
