Results would show I'm not mad
I'm not interested in what we have achieved, but in what we are doing at the moment, and what we are doing is getting dragged down in to the bottom half of the table. No new players are coming in before the end of the season and the focus of our mire, the midfield, are not in an injury crisis so we're pretty ****ed

Is there a possibility he has lost the dressing room? I don't think so but the performances suggest it is a possibility. One or two players plying bad fine, 4 or 5 players considered world class form falling off a giant cliff. It's just so bizarre.Comment

Who knows, it’s not a binary thing; lost or not lost. But everyone will be a bit less confident that he knows what he’s doing with each poor result, badly timed sub, dropped player who’s replacement flops etc.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 yearsComment

I suppose if it's a case of he genuinely doesn't know what to do then we should worry and it does seem like he doesn't know what to do.Comment

It sounds as though he’s going to try something different next game. Not sure how it could take this long because the old plan was cleared ****ed a long time ago.

I'm not sure I'd 100% trust Klopp if he was given a massive war chest to rebuild the team. One of the lines of reasoning goes that he has ended up with more power after the recent upheavals in the recruitment dept, and there are question marks over how the recent £100 mil transfer outlay fits into a long term strategy. Allied to the more than generous bumper contract extensions awarded to certain aging 'favourtie' players, I'm not entirely convinced Klopp could rebuild successfully on his own, or with less input from others than he's had in the past.Last edited by BootRoom; 04-02-23, 05:38 PM.Comment

Results show something, not the full picture IMO. But I'm going to get lambasted if I say what I think and I don't want to sound supercilious or anything else as clearly other people know better, so I'll let you all agree with the bleak picture in here and let you all debate about it.Results would show I'm not mad

Whatever Jurgen had, it's gone.
He's not looking very special or motivational right now.
I'd sack Pep if I was him. Get a new number 2 in that might bring in some fresh impetus. Get tough Jurgen.
Pretty sure 99% of fans want him to succeed. But he's got to do something completely different to try and make things happen. He got sacked or walked because he's too stubborn to try would be foolish in the extreme.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He wonComment

Been a bad habit we’ve had for some time now, we’ve conceded so many early goals it’s unreal it’s almost like our players don’t start the game until it’s 10 minutes in and we’re already behind.
Biggest issue though is our confidence is shot to pieces and Jurgen is going to have to find a way to get them believing again as currently it’s an absolute messComment
