Some great points last few posts. I think Klopp to coin his phrase turned us from doubters to believe us.

The mentality this team is on Klopp and his backroom staff. Klopp deserved more trophies, History will tell you one day that we were cheated of them.

I respect Klopp more now for getting out when he did. So glad he bowed out at the top and not when we were struggling.

And Kudus to FSG for bringing Edwards back and picking Slot.

In needed someone incredible to put Liverpool back where they belong, That man was Klopp, It talkes someone pretty special to be able to continue his dynasty.

You've just reminded me of something else I'd forgotten about with FSG. They said all along that their business model was to increase revenue and make the club self sustainable, which they have, but I forgot that their football ideology was that if the club structure was in place, managers, players, coaches could come and go, that the structure would provide continuity and deliver success.

If there wasn't so much recent upheaval behind the scenes, that statement at the time would almost have proved prophetic and it's actually making me think about the contract situations slightly differently.

Personally, am comfortable with whatever he does now, as he's not our manager and he isn't coming back. Up until the point he left us we were happy and that's enough for me. I don't care what he does next, he can only disappoint anyway. He doesn't have many choices if all he wants to do is keep us happy.
