Mané will want to go to World Cup and would have declared himself fit, so wouldn't have mattered. We could get doctors to overrule him, then risk having an unhappy player.

It should be fine, Senegal have two matches against S Africa and only need a point to qualify. Hopefully they'll wrap it up in the 1st game and rest him for the 2nd.
