I just think the intensity of playing our style of football vs the coasting he did at Stoke has physically taken its toll on Shaq. I think he is a worthy squad player and adds so much when we are on the ball. His off ball stuff is probably why he isn't trusted so much.

I think he leaves this summer but he leaves with some great memories - United goals, pre season bicycle kick and the Barca game

No, because even with all the money in the world they won't be signing that many better players than shaq until they're a bit more established. If they were top 6 right now then it might be a different story. The only thing that will hold shaq back is his injury record.

He's a player that improves on what they have at the moment, the first stage is to establish themselves and get CL football before they will be able to attract the big name players (aside from the mercenaries if the are paying stupid wages). Shaqiri is aa player who can help them get CL.

he is a quality player that just seems to be very injury prone. Fully fit he would be a fantastic signing for them.
