We signed them all for reasonable fees that at the time raised an eyebrow or two but all of them have turned out to be absolute bargains!
The Mane signing especially. There were more than few raised eyebrows given the price.

He was signed the summer that the transfer market went ballistic.

I can hold my hands up and say I wasn't at all arsed by the news we were signing any of the three of them

I wasn't gutted, they just seemed like more of the same 'might be good, might be ****e' signings we always seemed to make.

Think Bobby is better at linking play and pressing when on form, but Jota is not poor at either of those but offers a much greater goal threat than Bobby. Jota also has the knack of being able to nick a goal when when he is having a below par game and that is something Bobby rarely does when having an off game.

Makes me laugh to hear all the talk about poor Man City and their lack of a number 9 (Despite the fact they have Brazil's main striker on theor books along wth the guy often used as a nine for the Spanish national team) with Sky again yesterday bleating on about how City are the only team at the top end of the PL that play without an established number 9 whilst totally ignoring the fact we have been doing the same for most of Klopp's time with us and that when we play Jota in the centre we are converting a left winger into a central forward.

Jota playing takes a bit of pressure off of Mane and Salah to be the main goal threats and also creates space for them as defenders have three pacey goal threats to mark instead of two.

Think the three of them combined came to about 105 million. You would be lucky to get one of them for that now.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Is it too controversial to say Jota has gone from being the fourth best forward at the club, to third above Firmino, to now possibly second?

              We are spoiled for choice.

It's a squad game and all of our lads seem motivated, we will soon have the option of rotating the front three. Even Ox is coming on and keeping it simple - not trying to over do it and prove himself which is making him play better.
the depth of the squad will be absolutely vital for us. I'm hoping we add more in Jan window too. We are absolutely flying this season, only problem is so are City and Chelsea. Going to go to the wire imo.

TBF Bobby was electric before his injury. I think we have Salah then 3 of them all fighting it out for the next slots now. Its incredible.

Jota was the 3rd best striker at Wolves when he was there. Now he is vital in our title attempt. Hes great.

He's a great finisher, better than all of our other attackers imo, reminds me of Robbie to some extent.. But they all have their own obvs strengths. Hilarious that we have all 4..!

Second top scorer in the League.

And 9 is his joint highest ever PL return.

An absolute livewire. Love him. So different to Firmino but offers just as much in other ways. Great to have those two covering so many bases for us.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He’s on course for 20 goals this season. A phenomenal return!

If he gets to be a regular starter he will definitely bag 20 plus goals in for us. He is so unpredictable and his movement is ridiculous, he positioning and timing of his runs is top class.

It really is. He plays like a guy who has been a striker most of his career and not a guy who was a winger/wide attacker.

For me that central stating berth is his to lose now rather than him needing to win it from Firmino.

I think it was the Arsenal game I was a bit worried with Bobby being out for a while as Jota looked to be struggling to get to the grips with playing central but he's improved so much since then its unreal.

I still like him running in unexpected from wide when the CBs are focused on the central man rather than having his starting position in the box.
