    Nunez scored v Argentina too.

Hopefully Mo, Diaz and Nunez can continue this into the man city game next week.

Coming up to 2 years with the club - one fairly serious injury to overcome but he's been a disappointment.

Out of all our attackers he's the one I'd be tempted to move on in the summer.

Was a lot of rumours of Saudi and I’d sell at the right price as well, he was an absolute breath of fresh air when he arrived but he hasn’t kicked on. Kvara from Napoli would slot nicely in on that side

He started the season well enough, should have had 4 goals in 7 starts after the Spurs game.

I wouldn't read too much into individual performances right now. We just need to keep grinding out results like we're doing and make it to January. If players are still underperforming in new year, then we need to start worrying.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Bit harsh imo. His numbers are ok, JUst not Salah like but then whose are?

I still think he looks a threat more often than not. full backs are more an issue imo.

I still think he has an impotant role in the team.

I think he has the highest ceiling. But he needs to get in the box a bit more. Im not sure his delivery from wide is great. He needs to play in a more Mane like fashion and head toward goal. It might be that we are just less effective down the left in general, with the fullback and midfielder overlaps.

I think the way we play needs throughballs down the centre which Nunez is more likely to get on the end of. I wonder how the two play in the final third in comparison when both are on and one is off.

He's been ok I suppose but nothing amazing. He has talent but he's fairly inconsistent and doesn't look as quick and direct as he did when he signed. He just needs to get closer to goal and bump up those numbers. I'm not really totally sold on Diaz, Nunez & Gakpo as yet, all have ability and can do damage on their day but all are also inconsistent and frustrating. Just waiting on some break out moments from these guys where they can push on and take it to the next level.

Tough crowd in here. Up until the last few games I thought he was one of our best players. He's stepped up and carried the team at times in the past year.

His family situation must have taken its toll too. I couldn't imagine what that must be like. Not sure I'd going to work, let alone being expected to smash it in those circumstances.
                      Oh I don't know.

On Diaz, I was actually listening to a pod which discussed his tactical performance so far because it was a worry. Over the course of the season so far his numbers are about 50% of what an average Mane season was and his assist rate is in the bottom 2 percentile for players in his position.

I know he’s had family stuff but I think hes been poor all season tbh vs when he first arrived. The numbers say he is taking on people half as much as he used to (he always cuts inside) and of those take ons his success rate is halved again. He seems to have lost his mojo tbh, just doesn’t have the same drive he used to have.

I’ll counter that by saying the left hand side has been a mishmash if players so if doesn’t help. Robbo bring out and no fixed left 8 means it’s difficult to build up cohesion. I expect more from him and I think we need more output

A little bit worrying but weirdly i think he had the highest distance ran against Fulham so while he was pretty anonymous throughout he clearly put a shift in.

I fear the injury took more out of him than the family situation but i'd be prepared to give him time, we aren't blessed with alternatives on the left anyway.

He's great when we're in free flowing attack mode. But as soon as we're up against a 10 man defensive line and absolutely no room to run, he becomes pretty much useless. Completely nullifies his best qualities and he's lost that yard of pace (seem to be saying that about a lot of our players the past few years...) to go past people like he was when he first arrived.
