      Why not play him on the right? Swop things round. He's also useful in the air, so we need to find a way of getting him in the box.

      He was brilliant when he arrived. Have we coached it out of him? I'm not sure our coaches have much of a clue when it comes to attacking. It's pretty much been off the cuff since klopp arrived.

        Sorry Bob, I really disagree with this, peak Salah, Mane and Firmino were coached to perfection. The off the cuff stuff was massively rehearsed based on repeated drills.

        Diaz and Nunez actually need more coaching as they are still very individual. I think Diaz is suffering from the lack of consistency on the left side

          These guys seem to have very little connection on the pitch, it's making it hard on all of them. Klopp needs new blood in there, the balance isn't right.

              I think the injury last season has robbed him of his X factor.

                He seems very hit and miss, I said in his first season my fear was that he didn't have anywhere near the number of goals in him that Mane had, which would be fine if we could even it out with a central striker who could get more goals than Firmino. The way he started this season I thought he might prove me wrong.

                At the moment I feel like he needs a run of games but seems somewhat pro e to picking up injuries which is preventing that. I think the front 3 is now the problematic area of the side.
                The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                  Diaz has always struck me as more of your classic winger rather than the, I guess, wide forward like Mane was. Maybe Salah is a bit of both. Maybe he would do better playing on the right and let him just run and cross. He takes players on but always kills his own momentum because he never goes on the outside and always cuts in on to his right foot.

                    I think we give him until the end of the season but he has not really improved his game since joining. So much potential more so than Nunez,imho.

                    We look like we need to resfresh the forward line again, as nobody is looking good at the moment.

                    Even Salah is a bit crap for most of the game

                          Really poor again yesterday. He’s had two big injuries and the stuff with his dad but I’d rather we saw Nunez down the left Tbh.

                              To be fair most of those he has loads of space around him. Teams seem to be sitting their entire teams back and blocking the sides now days for us. He has zero room to do stuff.

                                Thats because we play so ****ing slow. We spend half the game faffing about at the back kicking it backwards to Allison to just punt it long or out for a throw. Gives opposition sides all the time in the world to get their entire defence back and our forwards are all suffering because of it. Our tactics are ****e at the moment
