            Nos Da & RIP Joey - great person and one of our no-nonsense full backs we had in the 70's teams. Tommy Smith, Alec Lindsay, Phil Neal, Joey were all tough as nails ... great memories from a different era

                The speed he would come out of the tunnel, shaking his fists in the air as he ran towards us. He scared the life out of me. RIP JJ

                (Eventually replaced in the team by Alan Hansen, who played left back intitially for us until Emlyn Hughes left.)
