                As good as that come back was the standard of darts was piss poor really. Also Martin Adams is a ****. He has stuck around the BDO for years trying to win that and he has only managed it with Barney gone and the Viking in hospital, and even then he ****ed it right up. He wouldnt stand a chance against the good players. It was like watching a play-off final to win promoion to League 1. Two ****ty players giving it their all and entertaining us all.

                  Couldn't agree more. I've never had any time for Martin Adams. He trots this England captain nonsense out and it means nothing. His wife actually turned around and said that he is the only England captain to win something this year! The BDO is just a farce.

                  Its intersting to see 3 of the dutch players jump ship today. Can't blame them. I'm looking forward to see how they do on the proper tour.

                      In fairness though, the proper tour has only been a proper tour the last handfull of years, before that, it was the other way around. Sky are taking over the darts from the BBC.

                          it does look like the end of the BDO as a world force. more a grass roots organisation and feeder for the BDO at the moment.

                              i think they plan to sue one of the dutch blokes as if tyou get to the quarters of the lakeside you have to return the next year. I suppose you could return and be ****?

                                It's ridiculous I think. No one is interested in the BDO - even the bloody players - it will die a long overdue death
