I'm sticking with Ricky. I realy want him to win this on Saturday. Urango looks a real monster though and I could see the fight going into the middle - late rounds before there's any sign of a K.O.

        A few questions...

Anyone know what time the fight is due to start? I'm dreading ordering the fight and waking up on the sofa with ****ing Trans-World Sport on the telly.

Also, is it being repeated the following morning on normal Sky?

The event Starts at 10.00P.M. and the Hatton fight will be on at around 4.00A.M. I would have thought but there are plenty of decent fights to keep you interested before the Hatton fight.

The event is repeated on Sunday but again it's on Sky Box Office so you'll still have to pay.
The free re-run will be on next weekend.

            Cheers mate.

That's ****. I'll order it anyway, but I just KNOW I'll fall asleep before it starts.

Urango has been looking very sharp in sparring. He knows that this is a chance at enhancing his reputation against a top notch fighter in Hatton. He is good position as he is not expected to beat Hatton, and the bookies have him as a long shot.

Hatton on the other hand, is odds on, and is being expected, by the casual fan, to do a number on Urango.

My first prediction in this thread was for Urango to win in the eleventh round by stoppage, but I now think he may do so a little earlier. That's not a dig at Hatton though, as I think he may be world class, just an indication of how high I rate Urango.

The only thing I see going against Urango is the vast gulf in experience between Hatton and him.

I saw some of the odds today and they were truely laughable. Whilst I hope Hatton wins if I was a betting man all my money would be going on Urango due to the odds being offered.

This guy will undoubtedly cause Ricky problems but I'm hoping that experience will see Hatton through. I'm expecting a barnstormer on Saturday because both guys come to fight it's a question of who has the better chin IMHO.

I would find it hard to guess as to which fighter has the better chin. Guess it will come down to which chin gets tapped the most. I am curious to see who would genuinely want to fight the winner of this fight, I'm sure there will be some blowing hot air saying they want the winner, but once the dust settles, I cannot see too many managers wanting to put their man in with the winner.

Well Junior Witter has offered to fight Ricky in a winner takes all the cash fight. Maybe, just maybe, if Junior started concentrating on his own fights and stop trying to belittle Hattons achievements and fight decent fighters himself he would get the respect he thinks he deserves.

Castillo seems nailed on should he and Hatton win on Saturday but after that I'm not sure who's out there for Ricky. Corrales, Witter(not going to happen IMHO), Cotto, Torres, Mayweather?

                      Hatton without a doubt.

Witter talks too much. He prefers to concentrate on the pace of his verbal attacks rather than hone the speed of his fistic ability. I think Hatton would take him to school if they met, and I reckon Witter knows that as well. I would fancy Hatton to beat Castillo also, I think the fight this weekend is a tougher fight for Hatton that Castillo would be. Cotto would be an interesting opponent, but I think Mayweather would be a bridge to far for Hatton.

Even were Hatton to lose at the weekend, some, if not most, of the big fights would still be around for him, as a loss might encourage some fighters to want to fight him.

I would be curious to see who would want to fight Urango if he wins. He would not be a draw, moneywise, compared to the interest Hatton would bring, so many fighter's camps would choose to ignore/avoid him, as he would be high risk and low profit imho.
