    any basketball fans here?

    surely there has to be a few of you.

    who's your pick to win the title this season?

    who's your pick for MVP and rookie of the year?

    what teams do you support? why?

    any other banter welcome.

    for the record, i think Dallas v Chicago is a near lock for the finals, Roy will win rookie of the year by a mile, MVP will go to Nowitzki or Nash and i support the Celtics and Jazz

    I'm a Rockets man myself...haven't caught much of the season so far but prob will now the NFL is done.

      eastern confernce and western.

      im not a diehard fan, i just love watching the game. I started following Utah when Malone and Stockton were in their prime. We will never see a better duo than them.

      I follow Boston because i love the city, i love the Red Sox, Bruins etc.

      Tmac is awesome, even with his dodgy back. I have him in my fantasy team

        san antonio spurs for me, since the days of david robinson in the early nineties..big Duncan is a smashing player & Parker as well

                  Ben a Phoenix Suns fan since the early 90's and the day of players like 'sir' Charles Barkley and Dan Majerle.

                  Pleased they are now back in the big time with Steve Nash et al.

                  I used to watch NBA Jam on C4 back in the day.

                      about 10yrs ago I was abig Phoneix fan, but my interest has waned big time in bball. Used to play it quite a bit when I was younger. from what I gather Phoenix are quite an attacking team and Steve Nash is real star.
                      Apart from that I couldnt really tell you too much about who'll win it. Maybe Miami again this year? Detroit?

                          not sure if anyone has seen this yet. Happened yesterday.

                          Shaun Livingston (one of the most up and coming point guards in the league) dislocated his left knee while going for a basket. He is going to be out for 12mths at least, he has completley torn 3 of the 4 knee ligaments.

                          poor kid, he has some serious talent, and this injury could ruin his career.
