he is a good player he should bat up the order but can contribute lower down and can bowl 10 tidy overs
The future you have, tomorrow, won't be the same future you had, yesterday.

This is the world cup though. I don't think he's good enough and if he plays he'll be found out.

I find it funny that the English cricketers are been threated like heros now FFS, short memories of a few weeks ago

He'd be good at eight though.

I just think with Nixon not being the best with the bat, the team would be a bit stronger with Bopara in it. He bowled really well against the Aussies on his debut and looked a great prospect. Time will tell
That is why i would have Prior in the side, he is young and opens the batting for sussex. He has proved capable at county level and he can do no more to prove himself.

He is also coached by the man who has arguably been the cause of Englands 'keeping problems because he was so good, Alec Stewart.

I'll be amazed if any spinner other than Murali will have an economy of less than 5 on the pitches in the W Indies.

I agree that a lot of people are going over the top but i don't think anyone on here seriously believs that England are contenders, Super eight is what we can expect and any more is a bonus.

It's mainly the press and the bookies hyping Englands chances up, but they are fickle.

New Zeland convincingly beat the Aussies this morining so does that mean that they should be favorites now?

Well yes, but we all do the same with LFC players don't we?

If we beat Barca then Newcastle will be forgotten.
