England can only improve when they "understand" what one-day cricket is all about, they haven't got it yet - I doubt they ever will in my lifetime sadly.

I agree he hasnt done much, but the experienced players never showed up for the tournament.

What a fcuking crock of **** from India.

Ever since Chappell and Dravid took the reins they've lost the guts and fight that Wright and Ganguly instilled in them. That's not taking anything away from Sri Lanka, who always looked like winning it.

Chappell had vacated his office in Bangalore before the tournament began so he's out of the door. I've a feeling that Dravid will give way to Ganguly as captain. Pathan has regressed, Kaif has been mercilessly ejected and the old guard are being persisted with. The changes that this exit will instigate (as Bangladesh WILL beat Bermuda) are good in the long run for India - they have some very talented youngsters.

Kumble didn't play today as he averages 50 per wicket against Sri Lanka whereas Bhaji averages around 25. Sachin looked as though he was bowled off a no-ball - flat track bully my arse!!! Yuvraj and Dravid looked like the only one's who were gutted.

We have a very good chance of at last making it to the semi's. I reckon if we can win 3 games in the super 8's Bangladesh, England, new Zealand that should be enough as we are already carrying over the points gained from the ireland game.
