Apparently he is addicted to painkillers & since Eddie Guerrero died the WWE have got strict about their drug testing - he was sacked last september in order to go to rehab as he was rumoured to be on death watch.

But he signed a deal with TNA one month later

It was a golden era in WWF a few years ago with Kurt in his prime, along with Y2J Chris Jericho, The Rock, Stone Cold v McMahon. It could be good now for all I know, but I lost interest with the whole WCW thing.
