      Good luck

Just to bore you all to death again.......

I'm doing the Liverpool Half Marathon this sunday.
              My training regime :-

I usually (for the last 8 years) have been doing 5/6 mile runs around 4 times a week.
I've been doing 10 mile runs once a fortnight for the last 2 months. My times have come down from 84 mins to 80 mins during that time.

My last 10 mile run was last weekend.

I have done one 5 mile run on Tuesday this week - and will do another one at lunchtime today.

Then I'll lay off the running until Sunday.

You may have noticed that I haven't completed the full distance in my training yet. I'm not sure I need it as I do the 10 miles runs with a certain degree of comfort. (famous last words!)

I'll let you know how I get on.
