Hatton Vs Mayweather done....ALMOST!

He may be a dick but he's the best boxer on the planet and he knows it.

Boxer? Yes, technically brilliant and knows how to box as a science but boxing for me is about action, I want to see all guns blazing and Hatton gives that. Mayweather is block, block, block at times. I remember him doing that against De La Hoya, My God was that disappointing.

This sure looks like a classic.

Mayweather is both a **** and a genius....think what you like about the guy but if i was as good a fighter as him im pretty sure id be a cocky **** too. You have to say he has earned respect certainly in the ring anyway.
That said I am pretty confident Hatton has the armoury and boxing intelligence to take Mayweathers undefeated record, somebody mentioned earlier that it may be a bit of a wrestling match, I agree. I can see Ricky being very aggresive and when he gets too close he will hold and hold. I can really see Hatton winning this one.

Also when mayweather actually talks about the sport and not his opponent I can see a good guy there....I actually quite like the guy.

I really really hate to say this and I couldn't dislike Mayweather more but he is going to destroy Hatton. I really wish that wasn't the case and that prick needs putting in his place but Ricky isn't the man for the job. I don't think I have ever wanted anyone to get knocked out like I do pretty boy in all my life but it aint going to happen.

Why would you be a cocky **** if you were as good as him?.
TO be honest, I'd like to think I wouldn't be. He would be so much more popular if he wasn't, just the same way Ricky is not a cocky **** and a very likable character.
Not sure if you can blame Floyd for the person who he is though, as you are a product of your surroundings.
Ia m not sure about who will win the fight, my heart says Ricky, head says Mayweather.

what i meant was that sometimes arrogance is born out of supreme confidence and theres no doubt that floyd has that, and deservedly so. In boxing probably more so than other sports you absolutely must have that degree of arrogance or else you will be mentally unprepared.
Theres also no doubt that the mayweather family is a bit.....untypical.....so for me Floyd is an ok guy.....I genuinely dont mind the guy and have to respect his boxing achievements.
My head says hatton and my heart says hatton.

This is how I see the fight going. Hatton will try to do what Castillo did. If Hatton cann keep this sort of pressure up and keep Mayweather on the back foot he has a good chance of winning.

Just watched the fight, thanks Scot.
Castillo was diffinately robbed in that fight, cant argue with that.
HE Hurt Mayweather more and landed more punches.
Hometwon decision if ever there was one.
But I will say, Floyd has come on a long way, even since that fight. He is a better boxer now and a heavier puncher. I would like Hatton to put Mayweather in a similar situation that Castillo put him in, reamins to be seen though.
