boks lost to NZ in 2003
We must have played the Boks in the groups then, I'm sure we played them and gubbed them.
Didn't remember the Wales game at all TBHOriginally posted by Gordon Brown

Its great being rightOriginally posted by ARIMAN View PostBut unlike the AB, they`ll put the ball in the air, so snow comes down with it on Traile, and hit him with Moody and co. Dont imagine he`ll survive it that well.
When Chabal comes on, England can attack the scrum, but I imagine France major tactics will be to disjoint the scrum and hence the attacking capability of the front five
This game is going to be one by the kickers. Pretty close to call
SA should excute the Argies and as they have both types of game plan
We need better attacking players!
Torres aint enough

I expect the Boks to beat argentina easily.
They have had their frights against Tonga and Fiji and I think they are now focused and probably less arrogant too....
I think we'll see them play a very tight game with the forwards dominating and releasing the backline to play some good stuff.
The final will then be a one off and any team could win

I was looking forward to watching a great day of sport yesterday...
I watched the England footie game in the pub and had about six pints then the St Helens vs Leeds RL game started. My local is near OT so it had been full of Saints fans before the match.
I was supposed to go home about 6pm and have some grub before going back to the pub to watch the England rugby game. However, when you've got your beer goggles on things never go to plan and I had about four more pints when the wife arrived at 7.30pm and took (OK, dragged) me home via an Indian takeaway.
We got back just as the RU World Cup semi had started and I missed the try. I had my starters then decided to leave my jalfrezi for breakfast and watch the rest of the match on the settee...
...I woke up about midnight in the dark having missed almost the entire ****ing match!!
Ah well, at least England won and I've still got that jalfrezi to look forward to for brekkie!
There is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.

and your point is what?Originally posted by thesilverfoxlfc View PostBut they walked nearly 75% of their games over the last 4 years
what some people seem to forget is that there is no "right" way to play rugby.
Its a game of varied tactics, some teams like to play the flowing back game, some like to play it through the forwards, some teams play a kicking possession game.
A flowing game may be more appealing to the eye, but there's also an attraction in watching a team play like England. The real problem here is that you're not English and are a little bitter.
For a Liverpool fan to use this argument is a little off. Compared to many teams we have in the passed played dull, boring football.

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Your lack of knowledge in respect of Rugby is clear for all to see. Stick to library posts. Go back and watch the Aussie game and remind us all of how our front five destroyed the Aussie pack. Go back and watch the game last night and remind everyone of how the England attacks forced the penalty and created the space for our kicker to score. Or alternatively go and watch a DVD of Ireland's greatest World Cup triumphs. It shouldn't take long.Originally posted by thesilverfoxlfc View PostTheir win tonight makes amockery of rugby and all this 4 year plan blah blah. The french should be shot and once again suckered into the English boring kicking game FFS
They cannot win the World Cup it would be a disgrace!!!
Also this guy
The only reason why they are in the final and probably the biggest reason why they won the World Cup in 2003
