    Liddell V Sobral UFC

    Did anyone see this fight?
    What a letdown, I really like watching sobral fighting and was hoping he would make a fight of it, but how wrong I was. What was he up to trying to knoch Chuck out like that, he was only ever going to end up on the canvas.
    Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:

    never seen the fight mate. Been getting into ufc lately tho. That tito ortiz is off his tits isnt he

              that fredo is all my arse he`s still on there i reckon he`s a ****in spy and i refuse to answer that question of out loyalty to mr oldham if he says he will call me then he will call me at least thats what ian cotton told me

                Yeah he is a bit mad alright, I think he realises the more crazy he is, the more money he will make. He is fighting Ken Shamrock for a thrid time this year, incase anyone is interested.

                    yeah i think so too.
                    Cant help thinking it will be another early stoppage. Tito will be far too quick and would up for Shamrock. Starting to get a little bit annoying how quick all these main events are over in.

                      Saw loads of UFC over in the states in the last few weeks or so on SPIKE tv. I wasn't a great fan - but now I'm converted.
                      Saw all the buildup to Liddel and Sobral and came home before the fight. Saw the result since though - Liddel wiped the floor with him again.
                      Who can stop Liddel now?
                      Liverpool born and bred.

                        Might not look much but i'd happily bet a penny to a pound that he'd go through Ortiz, Lidell et al with one arm tied behind his back.

                          he looks like a heavyweight. But at Light my money would be on Liddell.

                            Looks like the Pride fighters or the cream of them should be the next contenders. ALthough I would expect Tito to give Liddell a better fight than Sobral.
