Mathews won. Marsh`s corner threw the towel in in the 11th. Outstanding display of long range boxing, won every round comfortably and the second he knew Marsh was in trouble he wasted no time in pouncing on him.

Marsh would have been seriously hurt if it hadnt have been stopped when it was.
