He is probably on a diet thats been set for him by a doctor. If you are that big to start with as soon as you cut stuff out you do lose weight that quicky!

If I remember correctly that happened to Colin Montgomery. He lost a bit of weight and his swing went crap, so he had to put it back on.

Going to back you up RedHot, at the gym the 'heavier' people lose calories on the cardio machines a lot quicker then the 'normal' sized people.

If you are massively overweight you can lose the mass quicker then if you want to just lose a few pounds.

Remember David Duval lost all his weight after his most successful season on tour, Two majors number 1 in the world and money list plus other PGA Tour titles and then he got this crazy idea to lose more weight he wasnt even fat or anywhere near it.

Next season he came looking awful and then so was his golf he was number 1 leaving that season then the next and to this day hasnt got back his game he's something like 600th in the world and hasnt won or come close to winning in any tourney he plays since....shame
