looking for some good UFC fights

I havent really watched much UFC, or mixed martial arts, but everyone else seems to love it.
Is there any must see fight ,anyone could recommend , to get me into it.

Ok.
I have gone on to the UFC website and downloaded a few gihts from there at about $2 each, excellent quality, but you probably want to get them free.
Anyway.
I enjoy watching a few fighters in particular.
Nick Diaz always throws up a good show, Diaz V Karo Parisyan, Diaz v Gomi (Pride) Dias V Diego Sanchez, Diaz V Robbie Lawlor, there are lots of good Diaz fights, same can be said about Karo Parisyan - Sanchez V Parisyan.
Stephan Bonnar V Forrest Griffin was agood slug.
