    Highest Sports Earners..

Sports Illustrated magazine have compiled their annual sports rich list, which Tiger Woods dominates for the second year running. He banked nearly $112million last year, which is over $12,700 an hour. That’s a lot of tees.

They also publish a list of the top 20 non-American earners, the results of which are quite surprising: Beckham is fifth and only one Premier League player makes the top ten:

    1. Fernando Alonso. Auto Racing. $35m.
    2. Ronaldinho. Barcelona. $32.7m.
    3. Roger Federer. Tennis. $31.3m.

    Rest..

Dale Earnhardt Jr. makes $27 million a year and he sells almost $30 million in merchandice h:h:h:

Did you check out Lebron James only make $7 million a year (think he still is on his rookie contract) but almost $25 mill in endorsments

The only Premier League earner in the top 10 is one of the most distinctly average players in the league. Nice one Chelsea!

A-Rod makes about $27 million per year basic salary.

Johan Santana has just singed a deal with the Mets that will give him an average salary of £25m per year for the next 7 years,

Nice work if you can get it.
