Thanks for that. I was trying to find out how Trulli's times over the final lap compared. Now it had been raining for a few laps. Had Glock been a lot further ahead .. or was it only during the last lap that the rain really took hold on the track?
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

I can remember them saying Glocks sector times where the same when they had just changed tyres. Then as the hit the last lap, his time was 18secs down on the previous good lap. LH as 15s behind. This tallies up with what LH said he was told over the radio, that he could catch him up on the last lap.

Glock's 2nd to last lap time was 1min 28secs roughly and the weather was getting worse so it's no surprise that Lewis managed to close up the 15 second gap although he did cut it pretty damn close, you could see Glock sliding around going up the hill just after he'd been passed by Vettel and Hamilton. Staying on the dry tyres did improve glock's track position as he was behind Kovalainen before everyone stopped for tyres when it started raining again so really he benefitted as much as anyone from staying on the dry tyres.

We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

the other thing to keep in mind is that is although Glock had a hideous last lap, he still gained a position compared to where he was before the others changed his tyres.
