Amla top scoring with 159 and in control of the bowling. It seems apt the only way the Indians could get him out was by way of a run out.

Harbhajan mopped up the tail and finished with a five-for.

It's going to take a huge effort to match this score but the pitch is flat and there's three and a bit to go...

Don't know why they prepare flat tracks in India for. Doesn't help the team when they go to play abroad. Granted when we didn't have good seam bowlers and batters who could play a swinging ball. But that's all changed now

The BCCI just doesn't help. The last series against Pakistan was so boring..this one might be the same as I've heard all three pitches are going to be flat

England have proved time and time again that no matter how good the pitch the secret to an interesting match is to be **** in the first innings. It is a shame that other nations have refused to adopt the same entertainment first attitude

It's not got a draw written all over it now. If India can bat all day tomorrow and get a lead of 250-300 then the game is there to be won I think. The pitch on day 5 is going to be ripe for Kumble and Harbhajan

Looks like it will be a draw but there is a slim chance of an India win. You never know. But the pitch is going to have to deteriorate quite a lot in the last two days for either side to win
