Thought I'd chuck a quick update on for the past few weeks in WWE/TNA land

TNA Victory Road tonight, Angle hurt his groin filming a movie the other day and missed a match the other night, he reckons he's ok though for his defence agaist Foley tonight. Someone started a rumour on a radio show in America that Kurt's ex lady, Karen is shacking up with Jeff Jarrett, there was a rumour she was having an affair with another TNA guy, maybe its all coming out now.

WWE land has been all fun and frolics. Night of Champions next week, (line up below) Edge is out for about 6 months and when he returns will come back as a good guy straight into a fued with Jericho (seeds already planted with Jericho saying Edge is injury prone and then they slagged each other in an interview) Jericho is still tag champ, he's getting a mystery partner (I'm expecting Christian) for the NOC defence.

Seth Green (off Austin Powers/Buffy and the creator of Robot Chicken) hosted Raw this week. He's tiny, he was literally overshadowed by Cena/HHH etc and booked himself in the main event of Raw against Legacy! to be fair he was ok in what he did.

MVP/Swagger had a match, it was ok could be better, not much else happened on Raw. ZZ Top are hosting tomorrows (way to keep those young un's entertained that, like they'll know who the **** ZZ Top are!)

Smackdown continues to be the best show. CM Punk is still awesome and goading Jeff Hardy nicely. Dolph Ziggler has surprisingly stepped up and Kane and Khali are fueding, wooo exciting.

Cryme Tyme and the Harts are fueding and exchanging victories each week, matches are good.

ECW's newbies are still doing ok. The Bella Twins are still F'n hot

And Jenna - Sharmell getting ppv time ahead is lunacy, they've got the most talented roster of women possibly ever assembled in a mainstream wrestling company now so those 2 should be nowhere near a ring. Sarah Stock v Melissa on Impact was boss.

ZZ top man, it's crazy! Seth Green actually is a fan so its kinda passable, (plus HHH is appearing on the new series of Robot Chicken so that's how he got there)

I'm not up early Monday so checking out a bit of VR, so far, it's been ****e. Jenna/Sharmell was awful apart from the pin. The Knockouts division pisses all over the Divas, (apart from Maria and Mayrese, they are smoking hot and who gives a **** if they can't wrestle )

Russo needs watching mate, the dudes a clown! You're right though, shame there's no X action. not good that!

VR was extremely meh, real shame that after Slammiversary was so good. Bit of a botchfest, and far too many heels went over, especially Nash beating AJ clean which is just a joke. Tazz's debut was a total wet squib. MEM now have every male title bar the X-div, I hope they've got something planned for this or it'll get very boring very fast. Shades of NWO.

And I hope whatever they've got planned has nothing to do with Bobby Lashley

Didn't think anything could rival the hog-pen match in wwe for shocker of the year until I saw Jenna - Sharmell. Killed the crowd that one too. Kong should have killed them both at the end.

Most interesting angle of the night was the Slick Johnson thing in the knockout title match. TBP whoring Maddison out Seriously though. Alissa - Sarita on Impact was better than anything at that PPV. Those 2 (along with Wilde, Daffney and one or two others) could almost main event for TNA if the company was brave enough.

Oh, and Maryse is nowhere near as hot as Daffney

VR has taken a right slagging on the wrestling forums. There was a guy from the UK who was over there for it and he said the bloke sat next to him was kicking off at the end of the AJ/Nash match shouting, "AJ you're better than this" voicing his disproval of the meaningless title switch

Taz, oh dear oh dear. What a debut Taz and Joe are opening Impact this week.

Jenna/Sharmell, nah. The rest of the girls on the roster deserve as shout as you say Mr M. They can certainly go if you know what I mean, and there is 'something' about Daffney, definitely would

The MEM need to get downed fast, if this goes NWO way, it wont have the same impact and will pull the company down. TNA want to create new stars, but are pushing the 50+ crew. Grrr

ZZ Top on Raw tonight, I cannot contain my actual excitement, honest
