If you though that was bad, the PPV was worse. 'They' were revealed, ugh rubbish

Wahey, people have finally seen the light on this thread that TNA truly sucks. Recreating WCW in 2010 simply won't work. Firstly, you're copying a FAILED company and secondly, it's 2010, fans have seen all sorts of **** in the last 15-16 years.

I'm hugely surprised Jeff Hardy has turned heel. Not that I understand it. He's not a big money draw like he was in WWE to make a massive difference to their viewing ratings or house show numbers and his persona/style doesn't suit being a heel.

Raw show last night was ok. No huge complaints. I'm loving Wade Barrett's development but in the ring, he can still improve. JR did make a point last night that the roster looks a bit crap going into Bragging Rights. He's not wrong. The writers aren't pushing ANYONE. It's not only a short term problem, but it's something that needs to be done for the long term. I don't want to see Orton v Cena EVER AGAIN. I want new feuds and new storylines, not the same boring crap and with Triple H coming back soonish, you do want to see more guys at the top, PROTECTED.

Three weeks build for one of the most useless PPV's in North America - Bragging Rights. Why is it useless?

        a) They bring the 'cup' out for three weeks on TV and has no real meaning besides 'bragging rights'. Why should I care about that?
        b) We see Smackdown and Raw superstars on each others shows and fighting each other nearly once every month. This takes away the mystique from the PPV
        c) For this particular PPV, it has had three weeks build
        d) Again for this PPV, it's on the same weekend as Lesnar v Velasquez which will do 1 million BUYS at the least. No one is going to fork out $100 on a weekend on PPV when WWE have done a crap job building their PPV

        Here's the card:
WWE Champion Match: Randy Orton v Wade Barrett w/John Cena. Randy Orton has to be on the most boring workers in the business and as a face, he is worse.
World Heavyweight Title Buried Alive: Kane w/Paul Bearer v Undertaker. Don't care. Please end this storyline NOW. Undertaker has had two titles shots after losing CLEAN at Night of Champions
Team Raw (Miz, CM Punk, Sheamus, John Morrison, R-Truth, Ezequiel Jackson and Santino) v Team Smackdown (Big Show, Kofi Kingston, Alberto del Rio, Rey Mysterio, Jack Swagger, Edge, Tyler Reks) Raw's team looks crap. Reflects the lack of depth in the roster.
US Champion Daniel Bryan v Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler w/Vickie Guerrero. No unification. Why fight?
Divas Title. Laycool v Natalya. Nattie has had the upper hand on the most annoying womens group, wonder they will put the title on her.

Yup, utterly pointless PPV. Although its hard to beat the pointlessness of the recent HIAC one, that was diabolical.

Caught a bit of Raw, the Cena stuff with Nexus is sort-of amusing, although it is exactly the same as what they did with HBK & JBL. I'd love to know what the **** creative are doing with Danielson though, was that stuff with the divas supposed to give him personality? Also, I wish they could get Michael Cole playing heel consistently, he is when doing the GM stuff, with Bryan, and with his butt-love for Miz... but then his reaction to the Cena stuff and Nexus doesn't fit?

Oh, and as for the wacky world of TNA.... "They" was the most predictable thing ever, apart from turning Jeff heel. His promos so far in that role have been surprisingly good though. The rest of its been odd, Bischoff 7 Hogan are much better as heels but its all very WCW c.1999 really. As for Fortune joining "they", well, meh.

I will say one positive thing about the whole cluster**** though, some of the promos etc have been excellent as they've been mergimg kayfabe with real life. Angle & Jarrett for example was superb with the stuff about Karen brought in, you really feel as if they genuinely hate eachother (and possibly they do), that fight when it happens will be pretty intense. Same with some of the Dixie v Bischoff stuff, she's no actress but that was by far her best performance last week, the slap to Bischoff seemed to have real venom in it. The storyline is still a complete Russo mess, but there have been some decent, edgy touches to it.

ReAction, btw, is an excellent concept, something genuinely different and really well produced. Now if they could actually just straighten out the main product....

Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.

          Mine angry and defrauded young?

Ive really lost interest in WWE and wrestling in general recently. Not even looking out for the results.

Its all got a bit predictable

Its so childish now its unbelievable. I don't watch it ofcourse, my little cousins aged 8 and 11 do. Atleast back in the day there were decent WRESTLERS and it wasn't so predictable.

Would explain why Brock's head was clearly not in it when he fought Valsqulez. Apparently there was a confrontation at the event too. Too be honest it will be a awesome cross over main event. Although I cant see Brock coming in to job to Taker. Doesn't make sense. Especially as he is trying to build himself as a credible heavyweight in UFC.

Brock's head was in it when he fought Velasquez, except Velasquez was that bit more better. Brock didn't know about any 'offer' and it was merely a token gesture from Taker, when being interviewed by Ariel Helwani, to have a fight. The crossover would be cool but Dana White, unsurprisingly, has quashed those plans straight away.

Bragging Rights, besides the Daniel Bryan v Dolph Ziggler match, was horrendous. Worst WWE PPV of the year.

Raw was a mixed bag show. The only glimmer of hope coming out is a potential feud between CM Punk and Danielson for the US Title.

This series of NXT is ****ing brilliant. **** the haters who think it's a wrestling show. It's absolutely bizarre with one of the best wrestling weddings in some time, had everything including swerves, cheesy celebrations and Cole and Josh commentating. Cole on Raw is a douche, on NXT, he's hilarious.

Anyway, you guys best wrestling weddings from the list:

Randy Savage & Elizabeth 91 - led to the Jake Roberts v Savage excellent feud
Taker & Stephanie 99 - the whole Corporation v Ministry feud
                              Test/HHH & Stephanie 99 - the McMahon v HHH feud
Billy & Chuck 02 - the best swerve ever
Al Wilson & Dawn Marie 03 - crap storyline
                              Kane & Lita 04 - KANE
Edge & Lita 05 - when Edge was good
Teddy Long & Kristal 07 - hilarious wedding on all counts
Edge & Vickie 08 - stopped by HHH
                              Goldust & Aksana 10 - NXT BASH!

It could lead to a Barrett v Taker feud at Wrestlemania. The main concern, injury wise, is that Taker may not in fact make it at Wrestlemania, which is somewhat a cause for concern. CM Punk needs an operation and is out for around five months which is a huge loss.
