Genuinely shocked at Edge announcing his retirement last night but can see that it's definitely the best thing for him. Would hate to see him end up like Dynamite Kid or Droz.

Must be - let him go out on top. How many titles has he held? Can't be many that have held more than him given the number of tag and heavy weight titles he had.
I finally saw mania over the weekend and have to say while not a fantastic event it was pretty solid (my judgement may have been affected by 1. Vodka and 2. Seeing Sucker Punch at the cinema earlier which is utterly horrific) . The Cole vs the king match was too long as were HHH's and Cena's entrance - my god cut them back and you could have fitted Bryan vs Seamus on the card. Now if HHH had ridden a horse to the ring like was originally planned obviously all would have been forgiven.
Speaking of HHH - way to win the match while loosing. I can picture the scene when he was asked to face taker at mania and loose again - sure I'll do it, Taker's a legend it will be an honour. Oh but Taker has to completely put me over, I need the push after all, and has to leave on a stretcher and completely fail to get up at all.
Then on raw the perfectly pitched we left it all in the ring although obviously Taker will be away injured for some time but HHH is fine the next day for RAW.
That guy really does play the game better than anyone else.Comment
