There are rumours of a horrible finish planned for the Rumble itself but it ties in with the storyline. I'm reading between the lines and that can mean someone like Johnny Ace will win the Rumble.

Surprise entrants apparently will be: Hacksaw, Road Dogg and Animal

A bit disappointed with the Rumble

The matches were a bit meh.
The Rumble itself didn't feel special, they(WWE) hardly built it prior to the event, the rumble itself was full of goofy comedy moments and it was lacking star power (Michael Cole FFS). The winner would have been more deserving had the WWE invested in him prior to his win. I suppose they had to set up the Smackdown heavyweight championship match for Wrestlemania.

All in all a damp squib.

The alternate ending was for Cena to win and to choose between the title and The Rock. Ugh. This company and their creative.
