Can he at least attempt a second innings before he goes?

I didn’t realise the decision lay with me.

Of course he can, yes, but it won’t matter if he makes fifty or yet another duck. He’s gone. One innings won’t change it either way.

            Collingwood - oh dear!

Thats the last Collingwood prediction I'll make

Michael Vaughan needs to play some cricket for Yorkshire before putting an England shirt on again and if he gets the opportunity to play domestic cricket in New Zealand or South Africa this winter he should grab it.

Time to pick some form players to liven things up, this group of players have been labouring through matches for far too long.

How the **** did you drop Broad? Shocking, shocking

Was Vaughan practicing the rotation policy?

Dont know why Broad was dropped really, seemingly it was for Collingwood which is fine on paper but on form has turned out to look a bad decision.

My latest prediction: Red Chilli, after his passionate defence during the last Test, will stay away from cricket threads until Vaughan makes a score

They get paid for this !!!!!. With the 3LIONS on their shirt they play like ****e, poor footwork, lack of concentration, poor shot selection, all basics an England batsman should be adept at.

The side needs to be got hold of, Flintoff needs to stay fit, and behave, the coach was the wrong choice imo, far too laid back for me, it's England ffs.

Send them back to their Counties, they should be superstar performers in that company, runs/wickets galore, then when they've done it long enough & have some confidence, some rhythm to their game try them again, if they are needed.

You need to quit whilst you're only a few behind

Stand by my backing of picking Vaughan as captian and also of the ludicrous decision to drop Broad

The fall guy should be Moores, he's the problem

                          Foiled again

I don't rate Moores but he's not out there holding Vaughan's bat for him. For the sake of an inventive field or two I'd much rather see someone scoring some runs at three. Poor KP must be padded up and ready for action before Cook and Strauss even head out to the middle.

Got home in time to see the final hour of play and it's great to see Flintoff back to his best. Awesome ball to get Kallis. Shame the selectors are dunces, Vaughan can't set a proper field and the batsmen are generally out of sorts. Lots of improvement required before the Aussies arrive in a year.
