aye - but faldo would get **** either way, eg - if he had his 'point' winners out first and say they all went on to win and make the match close - then it came down to his rookies at the end and the yanks snatched it everyone would be saying it was faldo's fault
i though his line up for singles was solid and I agree with faldo's interview just afterwards with regard too it being down to fractions
firstly - garcia, one of strongest match players in ryder cup had a mare out first - major blow -
secondly casey, i feel was really unclucky in the second group, he was in a strong position on 17th and i felt he could snatch the point until meehan(another tit with a silly first name, refuse to call him Hunter wtf
) hit a freak putt to win the hole, if that putt didn't drop he would have three putted! - so if casey wins that match, at the time it would have tightened it up, and if the results of the next few games stayed the same - then it would have gone down to the last four groups! - thats how close it was.
