maybe Khan performed well in sparring but thats only because he had a ****ing head guard on! I reckon he would have probably wrapped a pillow over his chin just in case too!

Freddie Roach was saying how Khan was the first fighter who could keep up with Manny in sparring and how they were all amazed by his talent for his age. Apparently khan has a much more defensive stance and much of his upper body weight has been shifted onto his legs to help him absorb heavy punches better.

It will be a massive task for him but Khan could still do something in this sport. More than anything he needs to fight Prescott again and beat him convincingly.

Thats the last thing he needs to do. Maybe if Khan goes on to the world stage and needs to unify the belts then possibly but even then, I would want Khan to stay well away from Prescott - he is a star in the making.

Whatever PAL, it was in an interview on BBC Radio, clearly said pre-fight and various other TV outlets, the following rounds Pac-Man had Amir.

Mate, mentioning Khan and Manny in the same sentance is wrong.

Its like mentioning Gerrard and Titus Bramble together ..

Khan wont make it, glass chin and you can help defend it, but once one gets through hes down.

In vegas, met the promoter who heads the MGM grand events he said in boxing you need two things: A good chin and a good heart.
Khan has the speed but he won't make it. Another money making person used by Warren the absolute prick.

Agree with most of what you say, but surely he can learn to cover up and avoid getting hit can't he? I mean Freddie Roach says he has seen enough to believe in him, and even Manny has been sparked out before.

I don't think Khan will reach the very top but I hope he can show that he is a talented fighter and cause an upset or two on the way.

I won't write-off any boxer completely at such an age IMO, I think Manny Pac has lost 3 fights. I'm sure at some stage he was written off.

Give Khan time - he is in the right environment and with the right people now.

Regardless of the right environment and the right people. Khan has a fragile chin, none of the aforementioned will help. Talented hands count for nothing when even a slap from a girl can drop you....end of story
