    David Vine RIP

The great sports presenter David Vine has died of a heart-attack.

I have so many fond memories - skiving off school with my yearly dose of "'flu'", closing the curtains so no extra light got to the TV screen and watching snooker all day. Looking forward to Friday nights as a young child to see Superstars. I remember his commentary on Ski Sunday being the best part of that program. Top class man and a real loss.
    Thanks for the memories.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Really sad news. He was the face of Snooker as I grew up. RIP David Vine.

            rip lad.
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Grand stand, World of Sport, you could even see them working in the background on their screens while the show was on....ground breaking stuff.

                rip David Vine.
