I've just obtained a copy of the "whole" fight, not exactly high quality but perfectly watchable - its not very big (80mb) so I should have it uploaded to rapidshare in about 10 minutesOriginally posted by rodo View Postanybody got any links to the ko??
Watching it again I can't believe how pathetic Hatton's guard was from the very first second, no finesse, no movement, no brains at all. Really really poor, he was outclassed against Mayweather but that was something else.I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

Pac is incredible..... i'm buzzin at the thought of Pac v Mayweather, i'd go with the Pac on last nights performance although Mayweather i know is also in a different league to Hatton, and far more intelligent a boxer, but the power from Pac was awesome.Last edited by Vermilion; 03-05-09, 09:32 AM.

Can't believe how stupid Hatton was, has he learnt nothing, so very brave, always going forward looking for Pac, but in this instance it was a fatal floor in his tactics, he needed to avoid him in the early rounds as much as was possible, but he just never did and looked out classed from the first bell.

Hatton took the exact same stance that he did when he lost to Mayweather. Head before foot, no jab defence and Pacquiao absolutely exploited him twice in the first with the rolling over right jab and walked into the left jab in the second. You simply don't get up from those. Pacquiao is not only unbelievably quick with his jabs and movement but is fantastically accurate, something Hatton wasn't.
This is probably the end for Hatton but simply the best display from Pacquiao. I can't wait for a match between him and Mayweather.

Hatton just is not in the same league as the Mayweathers and Pacquiaos. He just does not have the self discipline to stay in the right shape all year round which is a shame, because if he did his body would obviously be far better prepared and he could concentrate his training on tactics rather than weight loss.
TBH PacMan did not have to do much in this fight and was just picking him off with teh right hook far too easily. A very straightforward fight for PacMan who must have been expecting a far better opponent in Hatton.
Not quite game over for Hatton, and I would not be surprised if he gets an offer from Fwank Warren to fight Amir Khan (provided Khan wins his World Title fight)."Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley

Floyd Snr has instilled a sense of discipline into Hatton's preparation, he doesn't balloon as much between fights anymore.Originally posted by Tee View Post

Simply put, Hatton has a very simple style which he has in his head from when Billy Graham was his trainer and hasn't been able to change since and against more tactical savvy boxers and trainers, he will get caught out.
He won't get an offer from Frank.
Hatton is probably now looking to retire.
