Well Lyoto has definately lost a round now and in my opinion should have lost the fight, there wasn't much more Shogun could have done other than knock him out, the rematch should be a good one.

It was crazy watching him, just takedown after takedown and he transitioned into full mount on several occasions without any effort at all, it would certainly be interesting watching him against Lesnar, both have got excellent wrestling ability
